Obituary Gladys L. Thibodeau – Bangor Daily News, Bangor, Maine.

OLD TOWN – Gladys L. Thibodeau, 91, wife of the late Paul Thibodeau, died Oct. 28, 1993, at a Bangor health care facility.  She was born in Orono, March 12, 1902, the daughter of David and Ida (Thibodeau) Gonyer.

Gladys was a life member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Old Town.

She is survived by five sons, harold, Lester, Ray, and Robert, all of Old Town, and Edward of Veazie; four daughters, Geneva McNelley of Dover, Mass., Regina Deschaine of Old Town, Margaret Deschanes of Waldorf, Md., and Bunny (Gladys) Henderson of Old Town; 28 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Mary Ellen.

Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. sunday at Kiley-Birmingham uneral Home, 287 S. Main St., Old Town.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday at the Holy Family Church (St mary’s) with the Rev. James Morrison, celbrant.  Interment will be in Lawndale Cemetery.
