Ralph Louis Fry, 61, of El Cajon, a Korean War veteran, died Saturday (Feb. 24, 1990) at the El Cajon Convalescent Hospital.
A memorial service was held today at 11 a.m. at El Cajon Mortuary Chapel. Inurnment [sic] will be in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
Mr. Fry, who was born in La Junta, Colo., had lived in the county 48 years.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and had been physically disabled for the last 30 years.
Survivors include three daughters, Katy Summers, Joy Fry and Cynthia Fry, all of San Diego; two sisters, Joan and Betty Bynum of El Cajon; three brothers, Fredrick of Oxnard, Richard of San Bernardino and Ronald of Campbell.
The family suggests donations to the American Lung Association.
